At your request on Thursday October 18, 20011 met with the representative of the tenants Environmental association, Tammy Meltzer and their environmental consultant Mark Rutstein of Management Solutions of NY, Inc. In addition Rick Lane and Gary Flamenbaum from Gateway Management were present along with myself and Americo Rodriguez from my office. general The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the results of our findings in building 200 and our and clean-up protocol at the Gateway Plaza Project in all the buildings. methodology for sampling
Mr. Rutstein has requested the following: each 1.) List of apartments inspected and what amount of dust that was found by our inspectors in apartment. 2.) The opportunity to inspect various apartments himself. procedures in the 3.)
