Mr. Ofisenan, We spoke some time ago regarding 88 Greenwich Street and some dust and air sampling and testing that needed to be done on site. Attached is a copy of the testing report they received from their environmental consultants who confirmed that the material In question Is not considered to be an asbestos containing material In accordance with U.S. EPA regulations. in addition, the air sample results Indicate an acceptable airborne asbestos level.
