Christopher 0. Ward Attached please find copies of the scopes of work for 125 Cedar Commissioner Street developed by the Department for the removal of debris from the collapse of the World Trade Center. As you are aware, the Department developed the scopes of work in cooperation and consultation with the Robert C. Avaltroni United States Environmental Protection Agency. The Department retained Deputy Commissioner two contactors, an environmental clean up and an environmental monitoring contractor. The Department provided daily oversight and Bureau of direction to the clean up and monitoring contractors.
