EMTEQUE Corporation has been retained to collect bulk samples of the dust associated with the rooftop Exhaust Louvers from 85 Broad Street, New York, NY- Bulk samples have been collected and analyzed for the presence of asbestos via Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) with dispersion staining. Sample analysis has been subcontracted to EMSL, Inc. (New York State Department of Health Environmental Laboratory Accreditation No, 11506). Bulk samples results indicate that the dust sample on the louver did not contain asbestos. Bulk samples results have been attached for your review.
