We hereby submit specifications and estimates to: Perform as follows to 138 McQuay through the wall air conditioning units: Remove units from sleeve. Vacuum sleeve to remove dust and debris. Wash with coil cleaner and water condenser and evaporator coils. Reinstall units into sleeve.

We propose hereby to furnish material, and labor -complete in accordance with these specifications, for the sum of: Sixty nine hundred dollars ($6900.00) 8 % % NYS sales tax ($569.25) TOTAL $7469.25

Payable as follows: Total due at completion.

Ali material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
