Re: WTC-ARD Payment Application 024

Dear Mr. Wilson,

Enclosed please find our Application for payment No. 024. This invoice represents billing for substantial completion. Unfortunately, there are several common space areas that we were unable to obtain cleaning checklist for. Please secure these from Athenica.

There may still be some minor outstanding billing for items that were previously disallowed. I suggest setting up a meeting, so that we can go through the billing to date and see if there are any items that need to be revisited.

Please contact my office, if you need any additional information necessary to expedite payment of our invoice.

Very Truly Yours,

Thomas Heavey Termon Construction Inc.
