M Cushman & Wakefield,Inc. Construction Engineering Service also performed an inspection and found the building to be safe for normal use. Fujitec inspected the elevator shaft and found no change in the structure of the shafts. As well as cleaned the elevators and escalators .Preventive maintenance as well as cleaning of all equipment was also performed.

As part of the continuing air testing the building s air is tested two times per week and to date all samples are below the EPA clearance levels.
