BULK SAMPLING REPORT

On March 15, 2002 Applied Technology Services, Inc. (ATS) performed an asbestos survey and collected bulk samples for analyses. ATS's services were requested at the Murray I Warren Complex by Mr. Alan Palestine of Murray Warren Associates.

The survey was performed by Steve VanderWoude, certified NYS DEP Investigator. Samples of grey dust were taken from the roofs of the various buildings. These samples were I analyzed via Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM).

Results of the laboratory analysis indicate that none of the material tested would be classified I as asbestos containing material (ACM). ACM is material with an asbestos content greater than 1%.
