Re: Environmental Hazard Investigation EHI Project #: 0224-0572A

Dear Mr. Galletto:

Enclosed you will find our report of findings concerning the environmental investigation on Floors 6, 7, 8 and 9 of 75 Park Place, New York, New York. This work was done at your request.

In summary, no hazardous condition with respect to metals or dioxin compounds was identified.

Somewhat higher levels of metals were observed on the Ninth Floor when compared to the lower floors. As a response to this observation, we recommend you inspect and wipe down the interior of each univent which appears dusty. We would also recommend HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping the southeast comer of the Ninth Floor in the area of the broken window, prior to reo ccupancy.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Very truly yours,

William S. Kerbel, CIH President
