Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
On May 15, 2002 spoke with Mrs. Wyatt and she indicated that we need to send something in writing about the roof and exterior cleaning of the above referenced premises.
On or before June 15, 2002, the company in charge of cleaning the building will power wash the building's roof and exterior.
