Dear Ms. Sorolci;

The pre-clean-up at the above referenced school was completed during November 9-20 2001. The Contractor (KISS Construction) performed the pre-clean-up in the following areas:

Final clean-up.

Basement, 1’*, 2"*, 3'“, 4*, S"', 6'\ 7*, S'*, 9^ IO'*, 11“*, n**, 13*, 14"' and IS** fl lors.

The Q.C ambient air samples were collected by Athenica Environmental Services, Inc. (A iS) following the cIcan-up work in the aforementioned areas and transferred to AES Laboratories, via chain-of-custody procedures Tie samples were analyzed via Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) in accordance witli applicable federal, AITEKA, New Yoh State, and New York City rules and regulations.

The results of the analyses of these samples indicated airborne concentrations to be less that 0.01 fibers per cubic centimeter of air (<0.01 fZcc) by PCM analysis. »»

Ihe pre-clean-up was completed in accordance with applicable federal, AMERA, New Yo k Sute, and New York City rules and regulations. Based on Q.C ambient air monitoring results, the cleaned spaces met all applies ile criteria for reoccupancy.
