Samples were taken from surfaces throughout the building The sample area for each wipe sample was 100 square centimeters (lOOcm^) The areas sampled were.

Each sample was analyzed for seven (7) PCB compounds and sixteen (16) PAHs (see attachment). The PCB and PAH results of all samples collected were below the reporting liiiiits of 2.0 and 5.0 micrograms/sample (ug / sample) respectively.

Currently, the Environmental Protection Agency spill clean-up standard for PCBs on non-porous surfaces is 10 micrograms per 100 square centimeters or less (<10ug/100cm2) as stated in 40 CFR 761. No regulatory standards have been established for PAHs on surfaces.
