The purpose of the dust bulk sampling is to.determine if settled dust in the school contains fiberglass fibers. ATC will be repeating this sampling preferably every Thursday as outlined in the approved by the NYC-BOE sampling protocol for the school. This is the 16* consecutive week such a sampling is performed in the High School for Leadership and Public Services.

As per your request, a total of ten (10) settled dust bulk samples were collected from the aforementioned areas and were analyzed utilizing Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM).

Analytical results indicated that none of the ten (10) collected settled dust bulk samples contain fiberglass fibers.

The settled dust bulk sampling performed was limited to testing for fiberglass in locations indicated outlined in the school’s NYC-BOE approved sampling protocol.

Attached please find the following:

• Settled dust bulk sample chain of custody form and laboratory results • Laboratory and personnel certificates

If you have any questions or require additional information regarding this limited settled dust bulk sampling, please do not hesitate to contact me at (212) 353-8280 extension #211.

Sincerely,

Senior fe/oject Manager
