Dear Mr. Orlan:

At your request, ATC Associates, Inc. representative Mr. Chaco Mathew visited the High School for Economics and Einance (M833) located at 100 Trinity Place, New York, NY 10006 on March 9"’, 2002. The purpose of the site visit was to perform a settled dust bulk sampling to be analyzed for fiberglass fiber content on areas recommended by Parent Association consultant representative Mr Eric Telemaque of EMTEQUE and approved by NYC-BOE and as specified in the sampling protocol for the school. These areas are the following:

• 1floor lobby outside Auditorium Entrance => One (1) sample • Auditorium Stage => One (1) sample • Cafeteria Floor by Stairs => One (1) sample • Inside two random classrooms (606 and 410) => Two (2) samples • 3^*^ floor hallway by room 306 => One (1) sample • S* floor hallway by room 510 => One (1) sample • 7“' floor hallway by elevator => One (1) sample • 9‘'' floor hallway by room 933 => One (1) sample

Bulk samples of settled dust to be analyzed for fiberglass fiber content were collected only from locations where there was sufficient amount of settled dust for bulk sampling and analysis. This week ATC was able to collect settled dust bulk samples to be analyzed for fiberglass content from all the aforementioned locations.
