The following construction variations are requested by OEM Director, Jerome M.
Hauer.
• Commissioner’s Suite (23-13)- - a “call button” for the freight and passenger
elevators and an intercom to the main entrance reception area and Mayor’s conference
room at the receptionist’s desk
• Commissioner’s and First Deputy’s Vestibule (23-11) - - a counter top stretching
along the north wall to accommodate a coffee station and small refrigerator
underneath.
• Recycle Area (23-28) - - open up the partition wall and incorporate the recycle and
water storage area (23-25) into one space. This provides egress and access into the
bunk rooms from the public hallway and eliminates the rear entry door into the
cafeteria. (See attached.)
• Main Reception and Elevator Lobby - - provide a phone and/or intercom system to
the receptionist’s desk from the hallway. Maintain a line of sight for the receptionist.
