As you requested, attaclied is an outline of how we will be running data and te lephone cables through the 23'^ floor. i

Thanks for expediting fee installation of temporary power to fee LAN room. However the ; following items are still open and will need to be completed in the short order so feat Bell Atlantic’s portion oftiie installation is not delayed. ‘ r Provide grounding;, (schematic attached)

< Complete four of ihe six conduits running from the telephone closet near fee elevators to the LAN room. I’ve shown your electrician where the conduits are to terminate. (Two other conduits will be for WinStar and TCO and I will have those tenninationg for you shortly. . ’ i

In addition, 1 am asking that fee following items are con^ilcted in the quickest time possible to ensure cabling can begin on Qctober 19.

- Complete cable trays in LAN Room i i 5 - Complete and fire retard backboard in LAN roona

* Provide as many sleeves possible as outlined in the skecth provided by Juan Mejia of Swanks Hayden Cornell. Our preference would bd if you began the sleeves leading from the LAN roorh and then sleeves leading from the cable ti^ into the core wall on the south side of the building in each telephone closet. Sleeves into the EOC, watch e and and PIU should follow.
