Dear Mr. Weems:
We are pleased to submit herewith our revised change order #004 for the following work in
accordance with the architect’s and engineer’s drawings and specifications marked Bulletin #1
dated 7/24/98 for the sum of TWn HLT^DRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($294,338.00):
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Delete concrete and reinforcing for new oil tank cradle. <$24,945.00>\X
2. New 4" concrete housekeeping pad under oil tank. - $1,500.00/
3. Installation or Giapu.c a.,,iuN^icaioi panel see Note #16 Drawing
#E1-23 (FBO) has been eliminated. $0.00 vZ
4. Change the interrupting capacity of Panel EDPH-23M from
65KA to 100KA. The coordination of drawings are the $7,080.00 X
responsibility of the engineer, not the contractors.
5. Furnish, install and wire additional fire alarm devises as per
revised Drawing E4-03 dated 7/24/98. $2,750.00 v/
6. Provide and install additional circuit breakers to Panel EHP-1
and ELP-23W as advised by the engineer. $1,360.00
7. Upgrade the size of ground conductor to 1 #2 in 1 1/4" conduit
as per Drawing #E3-01 dated 7/24/98. This was not shown on
the Addendum #1 drawings. -$a;600.00 VC)
