As per Memorandum from Mr. Sal Lifrieri of OEM the following is the additional scope of work requested, for completion before the 28*. of this mon tji. 1- Modi^ daw cutouts from Cylindrical locks to Mortise locks fwtijjan^^S, 28,30,33,49 A 50. 2- Add (1) additioaal juncrion box to doors Fs IB, 2A, 2B, 9,13,K2Ic72^8A, 44B, 52, S4A, 54B above or below existing card reader to niMeh existing, and patch walls as required, 3- Add (2) addhtonal junction boxes and stub ups to above ceiling for new card readers and key pads &t doors #’s 25,28,30.33, 49 & 50 and pull all requited wiring electrical and security drawings to follow. 4- Add new elecnic lockstts # LS^WPEU (LX) Mortise type by Schlage fin. # 626 and (1 EA.) electric hioge mod?) # CEFBB 191 4 H X 4 ‘A fol) mortise, paint grade by Stanley for doom #’s 25,28,30,33,49 & SO. 5- Provide new door MiUaels for doors # 25.28.30,33,49 & 50. 6- Provide and install (3) new video cameras al Directors corridor and new VCR at room # 23-18 as well as an upgraded video- switching unit to handle additional cameras. (Security drawing to follow.) 7- IF THE ELECTRIC LOCKS BY SCHLAGE ARE A LONG LEAD ITEM THE CLIENT HAS REQUESTED THE SUBSmvnON for magnetic locks and RJSHBUTTON exit door releases for all the (5) NEW ROOMS- use; manufacturer already SPECIFIED ON PROJECT. 8*
