The’•following specs are for the LAN backbone runs between the LAN head end room and the remote LAN room. There will be two backbones, one running in Vie north cable in le
ler ' There will be six strands of data grade fiber in each backbone run, installed by Ambassador. Termination in both rooms will be in a "punchdown" witti connectors for "SP terminated fiber patch cords. In the LAN head room, the punchdown will be located on the west wall in the area with the UTP cable punchdowns. In the remote LAN room, the punchdown is to be located in a cabinet to supplied by OEM (already on order). This cabinet Is one of the six in that room.
