Dear Ms. Giliberti:

Our office has completed its review of the second issue of the Final Plans submitted by your Consultant, Swanke Hayden Connell Architects, received by DRES on May 4, 1998, without the Furniture Manifest List. The Final Plans have been approved “as noted” as of May 11, 1998.

Attached are architectural and engineering comments which are still outstanding. Please have your consultant revise the Final Plans to comply with our comments.

The “Hurricane Wall” which we wish to incorporate in the project, will be handled via a change order upon Design approval.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Josep Domingvez at 212-669- 8087.
