Dear Mr. Pymento:

Thank you for speaking with me today. I wanted to clarify FEMA’s request:

OEM has submitted to FEMA a document titled "Breakdown of Project's Budget" referring to the build-out of the OEM World Trade Center space. According to this document, the total budget for the project was around $12 528, 561. We have received a number of Change Orders totalling around $1.7 Million. However, we are requesting what I believe you referred to as "Approval Letters" which detail the rest of the work which was done during the build-out of the OEM space in World Trade Center 7. Please let me know if you have any questions concerning this request.
