Please find enclosed the Final Draft space analysis for the referenced project. In order to expedite this fast track project, it is being submitted for 0MB’s review of the Scope and Programmatic approval simultaneously with Operation’s and DRES’ review. The program requires 44,239 csf, which typically translates into 52,423 rsf. This total includes 12,170 csf. of special back-up accessory space which will be located on other floors in the building.
