Enclosed please find a fully executed copy of the Lease Agreement between 7 WORLD TRADE COMPANY and the City of New York, covering space at the captioned premises, for use by the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management. The Lease Agreement was executed on March 25, 1998.

DCAS will be managing the construction, with input from your office, over the next several months and, once the renovations are complete, DCAS will register this lease with the Comptroller’s Oflfice and make the rent payments.
