Also set of interior stairs on SW side of 11th floor to 12th floor, one set of stairs on the second floor leading to the auditorium, "C" stairs from 35th floor to the 42nd floor, "D" stairs from 44th floor to 45th floor leading to the "B" stairway. 7. Number, type, location and operation of elevators and escalators: 1 escalator from street level to Plaza, and 4 escalators from ground floor to both 2nd and 3rd. floors and 1 escalator from 3rd floor north side to 4th floor cafeteria.
