Attached please find change order #44 Revised in the amount of $85,893.00 submitted by Ambassador Construction for the following scope of work. Work to be performed as per Swanke Hayden Connell's revised sketch SK-58 and FSK-50 dated 3/19/99 for the work on the fuel lines, supports and enclosure all sides:

Supports, columns enclosures $36,270.00 Concrete encasement around pipe $16,650.00 New route for fuel oil lines $12,500.00 Mise, patching sheetrock and block $5,500.00 Painting $2,500.00 Electrical hook-up for welding $1,500.00 Sub-Total $73,920.00 General Conditions $5,914.00 Overhead and Fee $4,790.00 Insurance $1,269.00 Total* $85,893.00 1 ,

Alternate: If steel work has to be performed on overtime add $9,458.00

*(Not included in this cost any other work on overtime or standby time for this work except for the alternate).
