debris into conuiners (capacity one-half (1/2) cubie yards) centrally loa | ed, which will be supplied
: aad emptied by the Authority, dependent upon the amount of debris rent ved at a tnininum charge
of 851.00 per half cubic yard to the Contractor.
If vhe Contractor fails to place the refuse, rubbish, scrap materials and de: is on a daily basis inw
auch sentainer, then the Authority shall authorize others to perform thea removals and the cost
thereof shali be back-charged to the Conwuctor. These back-charges will! | decermined by the
Authority. The removal as described abave, shall be accomplished ed utthou ‘toring exegaa quantities of
| any refuse, rubbish, scrap macerials and debris of any sort resulting\from 116 removal operations.
However, it shall be the Conermerar’s responsibility to advise the Auth ority vhen he requires containers.
