Per the 01/15/98 Project Progress Meeting, C. Chu -Silverstein Properties stated that the landlord requires all tenants to test and perform msuAtenanee on non-business hours. Silverstein also stated that they assume the adjacent tenants will have evaejuated under these emergency conditions and moderate noise transmission will not be a problem. Based dpi n the direction given at the 01/15/98 meeting, SHCA/SM&W will proceed with the design of standard spring vibration Isolation and MER wail construction.
