New York 10012 I Re: Programming Meeting Dear Joe; As per your request during our telephone conversation today, I am writing to you to confirm what we still require to finalize the A/V Prograin and proceed with the CD documentation. During die portion of our meeting at your office concerning the Audio Visual Program, our conversation with Jerry Hauer and David Litvin left us with a clear understanding of what is expected from our systems. This understanding, with one major exception, is reflected in the drawing package and documentation delivered to your office on January 26,1998. The exception is the co-axial based RF Distributioa and Head End systems that will be required. To this day, the only response we have received is that they want everything. There are cunentJy over seventy (70) channels available from Time Warner on the Manhattan coble system. Time Warner is also looking to upgrade this capacity in the very near future. In addition, it is my understanding that there are approximately twenty five (7.5) remote traffic (and other) cameras that will need to be displayed through the RF Distribudon/Head End sub-systems. Additional sources may include a system VCR, character generator, etc. At the meeting in your office, we were promised a "matrix" of what commercial stations, satellite t feeds and other sources will he required for distribution throughout the center. Wc will need this matrix no later than the end of thia week, in order to complete our work. The documentation we have previously provided may be subject to change, specifically heat loads, power requirements, rack space, and budgetary data, pending the final decisions of Messrs. Hauer and Litvin. Thank you for your help. If you have any further questions, or any other items that need discussion please call me at (212) 725-6800 Sincerely,

Peter J Stem CC: J Steven Emspak
