As you may be aware, the Mayor's Office has asked DCAS to obtain space for the Office of Emergency Management.
As of today, the lease for this space has been finalized and a payment needs to be made to the landlord within a few weeks. I have prepared a budget mod which will be sent to 0MB today, the CP will go to OMB either this afternoon or by 9:00 AM Monday morning.
Unfortunately, since the lease negotiations were ongoing, it was not possible to transmit the CP before now. Since this program is a mayoral priority, any help you could give us would be a GREATLY APPRECIATED.
