Dear Ms. Giliberti;
We are in receipt of the proposal submitted by Swanke Hayden Connell Architects on June 25, 1998, for Additional Architectural and Engineering Services No. 2 regarding the captioned project.
We are approving the SHCA’s proposal to perform all the necessary architectural, structural and mechanical engineering services in connection with the new upgraded “Protective Wall” requested by MOEM after the Construction Documents had been approved by DCAS, as well as " the revision of the C.D.’s to conform with the meeting held on June 22,1998, and summarized in SHCA’s proposal.
The Consultant Team shall develop the Scope of Work as outlined in its proposals, including construction administration.
