\ Dear Ms. Giliberti: \ We write reference to the change order # 39R & 45 submitted by Ambassador Construction Co. on 12/14/98 & 12/23/98 in the amount of $30,590.00 and $1,430,00 respectively.

The Change orders have been reviewed and negotiated and are approved, subject to audit, as shown below.

CO# 39R F & I additional Novalink furniture $26,391.00

CO#45 F & I one custom press panel and installation and termination of cables in to it. $ 1.430.00

TOTAL $27,821.00

In view of the above, an amount of $ 27,821.00 is hereby approved, subject to audit, for the referenced change orders.
