Responsibilities Mr. Fink's project responsibilities include all facets of project engineering and management
for a diverse cross-section of facility-related projects, including data centers, pharmaceuti
cal, industrial, research and development facilities, and premium office space. He has
managed multi-disciplined project teams including architects, interior designers, and HVAC,
plumbing, mechanical, instrumentation, life safety, electrical, structural, civil, and estimat
ing engineers, as well as outside consultants.

for tills Project through the programming, master planning, design and construction phases. His track record
includes significantly relevant projects for major private sector corporations. His lab experi
ence focuses on pharmaceutical research and development as well as high-tech electronics

Qualitications A conceptual study of a 250,000 SF historically-recognized laboratory for hood exhaust up
grades, correction of fume reingestion and supply air handler replacement. The study
includes: conceptual design of recommendation and a cost estimate to establish capital fund
ing. The wind tunnel testing of the building and adjacent site conditions provided quantitative
date on effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Mr. Fink was project manager for the programming, planning, design and construction phases
of this production facility project consisted of the following components:
• 8,000 SF renovation for manufacture of solid dosage (tablet) product including tableting
and blow moulding for bottles.
• Expansion of 145,000 SF and renovation to 40,000 SF of existing facility. The project moves
production of the "over the counter" product line (deodorant and cough syrup) from a
plant being closed. This project includes construction of five process centers, five pack
aging lines, central pharmacy, tank farm, moulding and decorating, renovation and
expansion of quality assurance laboratory, warehouse, office, and administration func
tion.
While employed as a project manager for another firm, Mr. Fink was involved the following
client projects:
Shared Medical Systems Inc., Great Valley, PA
A MEP reliability study for 35,000 SF IBM beta site computer center and the related 40,000
SF of operations center.
Financial Automation Corporation of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, PA
A computer center systems analysis for M/E of data center. Analysis addresses condition,
capacity and reliability.
