Cargill, Inc., Minnetonka, MN A 560,000 SF office building, which serves as the administrative headquarters. The four- story building contains a computer center and dining facilities. Phase II of the project added 160,000 SF to the original building and provides offices and a 300-seat expansion of the cafeteria.

LeBow Engineering Center — A/E design, documentation, and construc­ tion administration for this five-story, 68,000 SF engineering laboratory building which includes CADD and other computer facilities, instructional and office spaces, and vari­ ous support systems. • Center for Automation Technology — A/E design, documentation, and construction ad­ ministration for a five-story, 58,000 SF facility. Its integrated automation laboratory suite includes a manufacturing test cell; biochemical engineering, semiconductor engineering, and catalysis and reaction engineering laboratories; classrooms; and offices.
