SECTION VI - REACTIVITY DATA
STABILITY: Stable CONDITIONS TO AVOID:
INCOMPATIBILITY (Materials to avoid): Extreme heat, sparks
Oxidizing agents. or open flames.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS:
May produce hazardous fumes when heated.
HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION:
Will not occur.
SECTION VII “ SPILL AND LEAK PROCEDURES
STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED: Eliminate ai:
ignition sources. Wear appropriate personal protection equipment
and approved respirator. Prevent material from contacting any watei
sources or sewers leading to surface waters.
WASTE DISPOSAL: Dispose of in accordance with Federal, state and local
regulations.
SECTION VIII - SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: In outdoor or open areas, where sufficient
ventilation has been determined to exist, a respirator is generally
not required. In restricted ventilation areas, a NIOSH/MSHA
approved organic vapor respirator is recommended.During spray
application,a respirator providing both organic vapor and spray
mist protection is recommended.
VENTILATION: In confined spaces mechanical ventilation is required to
keep the air contaminant concentration below current applicable
OSHA permissible exposure units.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Impervious type required for long or repeated
overexposure.
EYE PROTECTION: Use safety eye wear to protect against splash of
liquids.
OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Prevent prolonged skin contact with
contaminated clothing.
HYGIENIC PRACTICES: Wash hands before eating, smoking or using washroom
facilities.
