OPERATIONS

Units responded to 7 WTC for a scaffold located on the outside of the 24th floor which had to be secured to the building, companies operated as follow;

L-"10 responded to 24th floor and broke window out to secured scaffold. E-7 responded to Veseey and West St. to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from entering area v/hile window was being broken, scaffold secured both companies took up leaving F.A. Police in charge.
