Dear Mr. Novotny:
As requested we are providing herewith four sets of preliminary contract drawings including a "Working Sketch" and sewer design calculations all in connection with the planned Dey Street Underpass, under Church Street. Please be advised that this material supersedes the original "Working Drawing" and calculations we forwarded to you by letter dated October 2, 1979.
At your earliest convenience we would appreciate the opportunity to meet with your staff and discuss the proposed work and receive your comments.
