NOTICE
All agency, contractor and subcontractor personnel working at the World Trade Center (WTC) site must comply with the requirements specified in this document. Copies shall be made available to all personnel upon request.
Personnel unable to read this document must have their supervision explain the contents of the document prior to working on the site. Individuals who have questions should discuss their questions with their supervision for clarification.
If the questions cannot be answered to the satisfaction of the individual, contact a D epartment o f D esign and Construction (DDC) Safety Representative for assistance.
Any addendum to this Environmental, Safety, and Health Plan (ES&H Plan) shall be approved by all individuals (or their designee) who approved this plan.
In the event of an emergency (injury or illness, skin or clothing contamination, fatality, vehicle accident, serious property damage, spill, etc.) notify the personnel listed in Section 6.0 on this Plan (Emergency Preparedness and Response).
