As discussed at the meeting earlier this week, I am forwarding to you
the latest draft of the mission assignment we would like to present to
FEMA on Monday. It includes many of the items we agreed to at the
meeting. In the absence of specifics from NYC, we are estimating 45%
of the buildings will require clean-up and testing. Please let us know
