Spoke to Bob and he forwarded the following:
It is our understanding, through OEM and the Mayor’s Office of Environmental Coordination, that
OEM has taken the lead in developing the cost for indoor air testing and cleanup. It is still my
opinion that we should ask for 100% to be put aside to allow the Mayor flexibility in addressing
the issues related to indoor WTC.
FYI: It appears EPA is indicating a willingness to fund our outdoor cleanup proposal as
previously submitted. Please note that this is independent from the proposal that Environmental
Coordination and OEM are talking about.
