• Objective: To establish a centralized database containing environmental data for all sites, including buildings and outdoor areas in and around the World Trade Center, which will include the following: 1. Results of surveys for all buildings inspected by DEP personnel 2. Data received from Owners of Buildings regarding sampling results and clean-up efforts.

3. Data collected from DEP Lab personnel from September 11 through October 6,2001 4. Data collected by consultants from October 6 through present regarding the 20 Sites where air monitoring is conducted daily. 5. Data collected from other agencies.

The application should be multi-layered. The information to be captured is described in the attachment.
