In response to your e mails regarding the status of our clean-up efforts please review the following:
You have stated in your email that on many large projects Trio has only staffed these projects with 4,5,6 workers for which you are under the impression that our large projects are due to under staffing. The example you have used “(33 Liberty St/Federal Reserve Bank) which is a large gravel roof, there are 5/6 workers.” Trio initiated this on 7/15/02 and will have completed this project on 7/19/02. Due to the complexity of the roof lay-out ie- conjested equipment, Dunage Steel, Catwalks etc. Trio attempted to perform this project in an organized systematic fashion. It’s Trio’s opinion that a larger crew under these conditions would not have not expedited this project.
On all future projects, Trio and the DEP will agree on a completion date and crew size prior to starting projects. Note: Please contact Mr. John Bums-owners of 33 Liberty as to whether Trio performed satisfactorily.
