As per our past request of July 11, 2002 where as Trio requested that the DEP provide Trio with copies of the filed ACP7’s for projects that Trio has previously completed. Projects requiring ACP 7’s (Stamped Filed) 1. 28 Trinity /67 Greenwich 2. 47 Broadway 3. 23 Trinity Place 4. 114 Liberty/119 Cedar (Have correct front page, incorrect back page)
Additionally, Trio has submitted the following ACP 7’s of which Trio has not received stamped & filed copies so that we may start these projects. Note: These projects are scheduled to start July 19, 2002.
1. St. PauTs/211 Broadway -scheduled 7/19/02 2. 22 Maiden Lane-scheduled 7/20/02 3. 10 Maiden Lane scheduled 7/20/02
The following ACP7’s have been submitted and we have not received the stamped acp7’s allowing Trio to schedule the projects.
