In your meeting with EPA this morning a map with quadrant boundaries developed by DEP was discussed. The report I received was that the quandrant boundaries were developed based on the number of buildings in each quadrant in an attempt to equalize the load on each contractor. We also have a quadrant map however it was developed based upon the number of apartments (based on information from HPD) and attempted to equalize the load by equalizing the number of apartments in each quadrant. As I look at the proposed map and the calls we have received already it looks like about half the calls (and cleanups) would be in one quadrant (the sw one).
