Be advised that Joe Blackman and George Anakhu are critical personnel in the hazmat lab and must not be used for any other purpose without request from the Division. George should not be used for asbestos analysis except for proficiency and on call duties. There must always be an asbestos analyst in the lab at all times during regular hours as that has always been the policy for operation. If George wants to work on his day off on the WTC project he may under your direction and supervision. Kim
