The results submitted are mostly completed. However, some of the buildings are partially finished. That is, facades may be remaining to be cleaned. One of the problems I observed in the report was the use of Yes & No in the check off page. The line says “Visual Inspection checklist (No residual Dust or Debris Observed - Yes or No) However, I noticed that “No” has been indicated on numerous final inspections. A no would mean that the location has debris. Therefore, it could not pass inspection. Also, some of the technicians checked off everything, regardless of what was done. Thus, its not clear where the work took place. I have returned forwarded the package to you with the okay set and the problem set separated.
