I asked OEI to revise the boundary of quadrants A and B to more nearly balance the quadrants. I asked them to move zip code 10002 from quadrant A to quadrant B. The revised definitions should be reflected in tomorrows counts. I did a hand count and the results should look something like this. We will get you revised map also. The building counts need to be taken with several grains of salt. They have not really risen for at least a week. People in 105 Duane Street have taken to logging on daily and adding their building each day.
