Subject: RE; Can we have an update? How's it going?
Work is progressing on schedule. DEP has been inspecting the work daily and has been addressing issues as
they arise. The USEPA is being forwarded all sampling results and is receiving updates.
Chris Warnick inspected the work progress last week. I received a positive report. I will be contacting him
again in the next couple of days to arrange another walk through.
The removal of walls and ceilings is mostly complete. The removal of the ducting is still in progress but also
almost done. Of course, general cleaning has been occurring simultaneously to keep the areas free of debris.
The schedule as per the most recent submittal by ETS is building opening at 6:30 a.m. to 1 ;00 a.m. The work
shift is 7:00a.m. to 12:30 a.m. The visual inspections are tentatively scheduled for next Monday with clearance
testing to follow.
Basically, I won't have any substantive updates until we are closer to the project's end. Feel free to contact me
with any questions.

Penny,
Can you provide us with an update? How is the work proceeding? Any changes to plans or
schedules?
Thanks,
Dave
