I'm around every day. Please be sure they receive the memo today. Of particular importance, the stone, light housings, outlets and switches will be very expensive to replace. The building's Insurance is not adequately covering for it. Thanks. — Original Message — From: 'Theodorellys, Penny" <ptheodorelivstciadep.nvc.aov> To: "Christopher Warrick" <cwarnickO-cwarchitecture.com> Sent: Monday, March 10, 2003 2:58 PM Subject: RE: memo

Let me know when. They are expecting to complete preparation activities throughout the building by tomorrow. The removal of ceilings/walls will start sometime tomorrow (after the prep is completed).

Thanks for the access to the site. I'd appreciate another walk-through in a week or so. The clean-up looks like it's going very well so far. ETS needs to get their HVAC plans to the site. Thanks again. ----- Original Message ----- From "Theodorellys, Penny" <Ptheodorellvs6dep:nvc,caov> To: "Christopher Warnick" <cwarnick(ãcwarchitecture.com> Sent: Monday, March 10, 2003 11:02 AM Subject: RE: memo

ETS was already provided the HVAC plans. The received the plans the day after we received them. Thanks for the extra trip to the building. We probably need to arrange another time in a week or so for a walk through. So keep in touch.
