Scope of Work Items

Item (11) Page 2: Add the following sentence to the end of the item:

After installation of the isolation barriers, floors shall be covered with a layer of 6- mil polyethylene sheeting.

Item (13) Page 2: Add phrases to sentences two and three so that they read:

Interior and perimeter walls shall be removed, as well as insulation behind those walls, to access the interstitial spaces for cleaning. Only one side of each wall shall be removed, from floor to ceiling, to access the space.

Item (19) Page 4: Add the following sentences to the end of the item:

The polyethylene sheeting covering the floors shall be cleaned and folded inward onto itself. All floor surfaces shall then be fine cleaned using HEPA vacuuming and wet-wiping procedures.
