Add to Item 11 All buckled and/or loose flooring shall be removed and disposed. The surfaces below the flooring shall be cleaned. In rooms where the entire flooring is to be removed (2"^ and 3*^ Floors), covering of floor surfaces with 6-mil polyethylene is not required. In rooms where only partial removal of flooring is to occur, the buckled flooring shall be removed, the area shall be cleaned and a layer of 6-mil polyethylene shall be installed.

Optometrist’s Office: The boxed files shall be disposed of by Building Owner.
